Hi, I forgot a piece of the message, I would like the car winning at the casino to be recorded in the player’s database (owned_vehicles) that it wins it.
Reference this post I made above. It has the code you need, you will need to modify it if you don’t want randomized vehicles on script restart.

If I press E then my PED runs away and nothing else happens? someone a fix for it?

You’ll need to add a column in your Player Database for recording if the player used their chance today.
After that, just write the script into query the db to check if player used their chance or not.
Yes = Tell them to frick off
No = Update the column in DB, begin spin
