After Many Test, The probleme is coming from Pillbox Hospital Map
if you disable this map, you can enter inside !

the toilet doors are not there in the server, in the localhost they showup but are ghost doors any fix for it?

yea cos this map has a collision conflict with pillbox hospital as it shares the same col file. if people did research then theyd know this.
Take an Job SQL, like the esx_policejob SQL, and replace all “police” with “crucial”. Schould work…
