Can I please get a quick briefing on how this works?

Go to a house, press L infront of the door, it shows low–>motel, i press 1 number from those and enter, and then what?

Ok so, I made it work… It turned out it was super easy:p…

BUT: i cant sell any of these houses as realestate agent… any idea why?

It works perfectly, but when you open the realestate propreties menu, you cant leave it anymore

If you use that script:

Change cl.lua the part [2]2 to:

Its a online Apartment without view and open windows. If you wonna ve some Apartments in Sandy or something like =)

BY THE WAY…
…the Z-Cordinate is to high it must be Z= -1.0 (minus 1.0) someone has an idea where we must change this?

This isnt a issue with my script. My script just add entries in the database. It works without esx_realestateagent

tbh it turned out it is, cz the moment you add the med house, it freezes the menues, i think NebelRebell has a god solution…

But anw your mod is great and i truly appreciate it!!

if i script 15 apartments it will be interesting if it insert correctly

btw your xyz i think are wrong, i used them, it takes me into a black loading screen, so i entered that mod bobipl, and i got the right one, i can tp to that house, looks decent af

You see the blips and the points but when I want to acquire a property, the menu does not appear. Why?

I got one question tho, i tried to change the coords of the “room_menu” but doesnt seem to work. Is there anywhere i need to add those or ?
How easy is it to add property storage inside of these properties after pressed L and grade? If so please tell me :stuck_out_tongue:

Normaly the storage is in the room menu.
And what happened if you mean editing the coords “doesnt work”?
