The luxury apartments and some of the others as well, cause I am able to add properties and everything works other than being able to go inside the property and do it’s normal functions.

Same here. I can add the properties and get blips. But i can’t enter them and when i go to the real estate seller and open the menu, it freezes. I have to restart the game, because i can’t do anything.

You have to use bob74 ipl for this

Same issue, something is off with coordinates or something. because when I noclip down a little bit, I can then have the menu pop up to enter it.

So I believe I found the issue for locations not working. The problem is, you are setting the same “outside” coordinates as the “entering” coordinates. This can’t be done or the menus won’t appear to enter, etc. So the script works, and it is way faster than manually adding properties, you just have to go change the outside coordinates in DB so you can leave.

Same with the “inside” and “exit” can’t be the same coords.

Yes i did this… But this isnt the reason for your issue
I Set entering=outside that you can leave the property and spawn outside the house where you entered it. Same with inside and exiting.

You will spawn where you can leave… In reallife you are entering a house where you can leave it too… At a door

I tested this about 6 times, if the coords are the same it doesn’t work. The menu won’t show up. Not sure if you are using the newest version of esx_property but I am and it definitely doesn’t work. Right when I slightly modify the coords, works fine.

Go to a house, press L infront of the door, it shows low–>motel, i press 1 number from those and enter, and then what?

BUT: i cant sell any of these houses as realestate agent… any idea why?

…the Z-Cordinate is to high it must be Z= -1.0 (minus 1.0) someone has an idea where we must change this?

This isnt a issue with my script. My script just add entries in the database. It works without esx_realestateagent
