Added a description of commands and config settings.
Livesync branch has been merged to master one.

Installed vstancer source and the live-sync into resource/vstancer. added start vstancer in server.cfg.
Server log shows that vstancer loaded fine. I go into server and hit F6 nothing happens ?
is there anyway to just make this menu available for certain cars?
@marsnels you have to be in a car.
@GeorgeRios No, it currently allows to edit any vehicle of type Car or at least all those which return true to IsCar

Added a new branch on github with a version of the script using decorators. This seems to be the best and simplest implementation

Added download for the version using decorators.
It’s a client script only, lighter, simpler and better.
I suggest you to use this new version.

I tried downloading it again and now it works, I don’t know what was causing it
