Slap it in a folder with a “__resource.lua” file.
Ok so i have Non ELS vehicles and they have the issuie of not being bright at all. what should i do?
just stream it to client its as easy as it gets, then you move the visualsetting.dat into the folder where client and fxmanifest is located (it wount work if you put it into a stream folder)
(NOTE: This does not have the visualsetting.dat file in it you have to move it into the folder)

i use nve mod for lights ever since it been broken havent find a fix for it i took out nve and re put it in mods folder nothing fixs it

what would cause a hazy/ Blurry look on the lights? What setting to adjust
