replaced one of the hoodies with the hood up so yes its a replace

Why would they replace a hoodie with a T-Shirt? I am going to change it to one of the random thousand of T-Shirts that are already in the game under the Emergency Uniforms Pack. We actually use hoddies and I know people like them also. Suggestions for an update change it to replace a t-Shirt be default.
