The hat is already in the resource.
Yeah but the ped doesn’t spawn with the hat
you manually have to put the hat on in the ped customization section of your menu. The ped spawn in without the hat at first.

I think you can… I have never tried it with this ped but in the ytd file on the top their is a file called ‘decl_diff_000_a_uni’… I bleive you can add another texture to that but make the ‘A’ a ‘B’. So you will have ‘decl_diff_000_a_uni’ and ‘decl_diff_000_b_uni’ in the ytd to have more than one.
