has anyone had issues loading into RedM Servers ive set mine up and its taking a long time to load in im not sure why that could be ?

No u cant, u can only be banned if u use cheats or a mod menu etc
id still totally rather a gtao ban than no redm/fivem
Not like you will get banned for using FiveM/RedM at all. If that were the case, Rockstar would be banning a huge chunk of their player base.
