RedM Won't Start - Could not load component adhesive.dll - Windows Error Code 1114

I was playing on RedM just fine for 2 weeks, and then suddenly it stopped launching. This is the error I get whenever I try to launch RedM:

What did you do to get this issue? I am not sure. I was playing fine one day, and then the next, my antivirus flagged it as malicious. The system admin approved and whitelisted RedM, which stopped the Antivirus from flagging it, but I’m still unable to start up RedM fully. When I launch RedM, it runs its update, and once the loading bar finishes, the program stalls out and gives me the Error Code 1114 message.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? An exception rule was added, but AV cannot be disabled or uninstalled.
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? I have tried as admin and normally, both for the launcher and for the RedM.exe

Also add what you already tried so far.
• First I got approvals from my System’s administrator to exclude the false flag raised by the Antivirus. After that, I completely uninstalled RedM, and RDR2, and reinstalled both.
• I have tried running RedM as admin, as well as Rockstar Launcher.
• I have tried running RDR2 first and then launched RedM.
• I have restarted multiple times.
• I have checked Windows Updates, which are current.
• I have tried adjusting the power management to High Performance in the Windows Display settings as well as my graphics card (nvidia).
• I have sacrificed a pure goat, in accordance to the blood testament of the Dark One.
• I have updated the drivers of my graphics card.
• I have verified my files in Steam.
• I have run out of ideas. Please, someone help.
