What have you tried already to fix the issue?

• Reinstall RDR2
• Reinstall REDM
• Clear the REDM cache
• Check the date and time on my PC
• Reinstall rockstar launcher
• Clean temporary files that have to do with rdr2 or redm

I’m going to leave here a video where it shows me opening Redm and you can hear the sound it makes when we open RDR2 normally and we hear the animation of reloading the weapon and the Rockstar logo appears, then I have the music from the online choice menu and history playing until the city loadscreen stops and this choice menu appears, even if I try to press play it says that I don’t have access to Rockstar services, you can also see an “error” that when searching says it’s from cookies but I don’t know how solve
