Issue: RedM is severely under performing despite my setup being what is considered a high end setup. I have an i9-14900k and a RTX 4090. I have friends who have PC’s with lower end specificiations such as i7 10th gens with 3080s & 3090s who get a consistent 150+ frames. I struggle to have more than 100 frames in desolet areas and struggle to keep over 80 in areas with high population. In Saint Denis, I get 50-60. It is disheartening to have such low performance with a setup that is considered to be high end. If anyone has any helpful suggestions or fixes, I’m all ears.

I have a similar problem, in these last days, RedM is overheating my CPU, wich is really strange cause I have a good PC: AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB RAM DDR4 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Absolutely David a buddy and I are having the same issue despite having High End PC’s - Playing RedM for Nearly a year n never this particular issue - get a black screen sometimes it bricks the entire PC or it will restart automatically - asked a friend to read me the crash it gave my character and it tells the lobby I’ve Timed Out - I on the other hand do not receive a crash resport
I hope you’ve found a fix - I have now been in the county I play in for hours with zero crashes. I did all the regular things that you did. In addition, I synced my PC time with REDM at my character login. Once logged in, I changed my Graphics setting from Vulcan to the Direct12x and turned off AMD 2.0 hope that these small changes improve your game play experience
