While connecting to any server in RedM after the download I’m being redirect to RDO [as i have RDO installed on steam]
I have installed REDM Perfectly and signed in through Rockstar Game Launcher but i am not able to play

Hi, this usually happens because your RDO has a modified startup.meta file, likely from some “solo session” modification. Try removing that file
