Redm not fully loading?

What is the issue you’re having?

trying to load redm and im getting a user interface issue..

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

i tried deleting both redm and red dead and reinstalling ive tried going to website it has told me. i downloaded nvidia outfix file. i tried loading up rdo then exiting verify steam files and deleting cach
