I have a Legit and up to date version of Red Dead 2 through the Rockstar game store

The issue I’m getting is When I load up RedM, everything seems to load up properly. I hear the in game music and my mouse cursor moves. The problem is I cant interact with any of the menus and I can’t click on anything on the main menu load screen at all.
