Redm launches RDO

RedM launching Red Dead online instead of client, also noticed that when I watch other people install RedM it asks for the folder containing RDR2 but mine asks for the .exe not sure if thats just because the videos I watched are 6months+ old or my things tweakin.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Uninstalled RedM and RDO and still having this issue

Hey i have the exact same problem as you and i still dont know how to fix it i tried all the things you did aswell, let me know if you got an answer

This issue seems to most commonly happen with copies of RDR2 from Epic. I’d recommend uninstalling the Epic version and getting RDO/RDR2 from Steam.

never got a solution sadly, I just gave up and moved on because its a common issue that noone answers to help or respond too
