RedM freezing and not responding when launched.

System specifications:
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 580 8GB
16GB RAM DDR4
SSD 250GB Samsung Evo (with RedM installed) 3TB Seagate Barracuda (with RedM installed)
What did you do to get this issue? Apparently nothing too strange. I started up the game and it was in 1080p (my monitor is 1440p) windowed mode, I joined my test server and changed the resolution, from this moment the game started freezing.
What server did you get this issue on? My test server with only vorp_core installed.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes I did
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes I did

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game many times with no luck. I reset my RDR2 settings and tried switching to DX12 instead of Vulkan. I deleted the CitizenFX folder in Roaming but nothing happened.
