RedM Error: Generating ROS Entitlement Token 500

What is the issue you’re having?

I’m having an issue launching RedM. I just downloaded and installed RedM for the first time, but when I try to open it, I get the error “Generating ROS Entitlement Token 500” and I can’t get past it.

I have already tried signing out and back into the Rockstar Games Launcher, closing Epic/Rockstar Launcher completely, deleting the local Rockstar Social Club profile, and clearing the RedM cache folders, but the issue still continues.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have already tried the following:

  • Signed out of the Rockstar Games Launcher and signed back in.
  • Closed RedM, Rockstar Games Launcher, and Steam completely.
  • Restarted the Rockstar Games Launcher.
  • Deleted the local Rockstar Social Club profile folder from Documents.
  • Cleared the RedM cache folders: cache, server-cache, and server-cache-priv.
  • Tried launching RedM again after doing all of these steps.

The issue still continues.
