What have you tried?
I have tried researching the issue; it seemed to be common in 2019/2020, but I haven’t seen anything as of late. I turned off additional resources, I made exceptions for it in the windows firewall. Not sure what else to do.

Same issue here unfortunately…

I figured out at least a temporary fix.

If you go into the fxmanifest file (if i recall, tho it coulda been the client file) and change the build from whatever it is to the newest (1491 as of today if i recall) and verify the ip you are using is correct then it /should/ work–but probably not locally. I had to manually input my ip and reinput it every time my ip changed. If you try it locally it still tries to go back to the problematic 1311 build. I tried to find where to change that but the fix i had worked well enough so i just moved on after digging and coming up with nothing.
