Step into the gritty side of Liberty City without ever leaving Los Santos. Little Broker brings back the feel of Broker with a fresh twist. From old brick apartments and dirty alleys to rooftops buzzing with life, every corner’s got a story to tell.

Slip through brick alleys littered with graffiti, busted dumpsters and fire escapes straight out of Liberty City. Be wary of strangers lurking around corners and drug deals going down in the shadows.

Explore noisy backyards where residents fire up barbeques, lift weights and party with their neighbors. Little Broker blends East Coast housing with a West Coast vibe, set between palms and sun-soaked concrete.

Visit the basketball court to shoot some hoops, chill on the benches or just watch the neighborhood do its thing.

Bodegas with faded signs, rattling AC units and cracked sidewalks capture the grind of a block that never stops moving. Head to the rooftops to get a raw look at the hood from above.

We plan to expand Little Broker each month by adding new MLOs for housing and local bodegas, alongside an exterior map expansion.

So far, to be honest.

This is the best implementation on 3D buldings, houses map changes i’ve seen. Can’t wait to see the updates with MLO’s

Nice map, but a subscription-exclusive for just Grove Street doesn’t seem worth it. I could see if this was for multiple maps or overhauling a much larger area of the map.

Appreciate the feedback from everyone. It was never our intention to overcharge for any of our assets.

I’ve gone ahead and updated the price to a one-time purchase. This change does not affect our plans to update and expand Little Broker.

Our goal is to ultimately deliver high-quality assets (whether it be maps, graphics, vehicles etc.) while maintaining a fair price model. Lots of cool stuff in the works that I hope to share in the coming weeks and months as we grow the store.
