For some odd reason I launched FiveM for the first time in 2 days and I was greeted with a ban message. The only reason I can think this could be is using a program called “AlphaConsole”. Which is a client sided skin changer for Rocket League. It seems after using this completely legal program was the reason I got banned as I can’t think of any other. I certainly didn’t cheat in any way either.

Tried pretty much everything Google and friends have suggested doing like restarting PC, clearing caches etc. Some help would be much appreciated since I also just got a $20 subscriber package for the server I mainly play on. Thanks in advance for any help!
My main concern is to why there is a spike in the amount of people getting banned like this for no apparent reason. Two of my friends were also banned and it appears others on the forums are as well. The admins haven’t been helping at all in regards to this case.
Thats true sure. But the thing is devs and other people can never confirm that what you are doing/using is prohibited or not. Its like he said this and i say that. You can never be sure
There’s been a very real spike in ban appeal threads recently. I’ve been told, however, that there is absolutely no way in which the system could be wrong so we have to take it as fact that everyone posting about a ban they didn’t earn is lying. If I get banned and post here, although I know I didn’t do anything wrong, I’ll have to understand that I’m lying as well.
While I will always be the first to say that I have no clue how the system works, I can say that it’s written by humans and humans can make mistakes. There is no infallible system.
The irony here is that while unfair Rockstar bans brought many of us here, we’ll end up playing back on Rockstar’s platform once we get banned here. It will be like a game of tennis
Good job on sharing pertinent information that’d allow anyone to investigate your ban.
For the record, most common ban detections implemented in FiveM have a <0.001% chance of false positives, it is likely that this ban is just another one of those.

I had the same problem. The only thing different is that my ban is for 13 days. I have no idea why I was banned, well it does say that I was banned for cheating? I never have cheated in ANY FiveM server nor do I know how to. @rutherfordium

I recently tried just to use this mod for some minutes ( around 2-3 days before getting banned): https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/corona-begone But i don’t think is this the problem. And i just joined my own server during the past weeks.
I think I got banned for the same reason. Lambda Menu is fine for the servers. But I downloaded a different trainer for normal GTA 5. In no way did I try to play any FiveM servers or even on online GTA 5, because I knew of the consequences.

More about the menu I downloaded, so I downloaded a trainer mod because I wanted to buy more cars in the normal GTA game, I also wanted to test out the features of the trainer. I got in the game and pressed the button for the menu pop up and got nothing. I closed the game and deleted the mod because it didn’t work. I decided to play some DOJRP on FiveM servers but then got this message.
