Random crash after ESC Menu

What is the issue you’re having?

I’ve been experiencing a recurring crash for over two months now. There’s a specific issue where, when players open the ESC menu and then close it again, the game crashes.
It’s not just happening to me — over 60 other players have experienced the exact same issue.
The crash is shown in the image below:

You’ve got something on that pause menu causing it; first thing to check would be any custom scaleforms / scaleform content in the menu, then any map files. Try removing/stopping resources that change stuff on the menu, one by one, to see what the cause is.
