Well for one thing…FiveM should not be installed to your GTA V folder. Install it somewhere else.

Please run GTAV once manually then try starting FiveM again :crazy_face:

OC, when you installed fivem did it ask for you GTA 5 directory?

If it didnt try to follow this video
Even though it doesnt show the exact same Crash codes, just try to follow his step and see if it helps.
