Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I have Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? I’ve also done this. I’ve also attempted to run RedM as an admin and got the following message:

Your first issue looks like its trying to use the wrong graphics card. search the forums on how to force using the dedicated graphics or google it.
the others im not to sure about as FiveM should not be run under admin privileges make sure to right click on the shortcut and uncheck run as admin. if its not checked marked then its something to do with the windows user settings.
No, anything after the version it states is fine, it shouldnt even be looking at your intel graphics but as its a laptop these are some problems you will need to over come. im unsure how else you can make it work correctly perhaps someone else will have an idea.
Okay so update: apparently it just didn’t like my second monitor being active but…won’t run while it’s connected.
