Important parts

**What is the issue you’re having? Game crashing with Rage error: ERR_FIL_PACK_3
**

What are you trying to do? Open fiveM after closing the service

**What have you tried already to fix the issue?I have verified GTA5 files, I have moved where gta is installed (from external to internal hard drive), and re-installing fiveM is a one time fix which i have to do every time i wish to play **

**Error screenshot (if any):
image
**

What did you do to get this issue? Quit out of fiveM and attempt to re-open it

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! it has occurred after playing all servers but I common BadlandsRP(being my man city and the only ive been on really)

Additional comments

To get this issue I first open the game with no issue, login and proceed to play on a server until I get off. When I attempt to get back on it will give me the crash error after opening for a moment. I then have to uninstall and then reinstall all of FiveM to be able to login and play again. The issue has also occured when idle on FiveM main screen.

You’ve got something messing with your files, do a full malware scan and make sure that any third-party antivirus solutions you’re using aren’t doing anything to GTAV/FiveM.

Hi I appreciate the help! I attempted this and It didn’t fix it, all my scans were good and uninstalling and reinstalling gtav didn’t fix the problem.

Not much else can be done besides a Windows reinstall then I’m afraid, this is really strange though.

I’ve thought about rebooting my pc but that’s a rather extreme response.

Indeed, however in your case absent other factors that may be the only solution left. I will ask to make sure though, do you have any apps like an antivirus, “endpoint security” solutions etc installed on your PC?

No, i had malwarebytes and apparently RAV endpoint showed up at one time but i unistalled them.

Then I genuinely have no clue lol

factor resting was the answer btw
