What did you do to get this issue? nothing, after some updates i noticed the problem
What server did you get this issue on? own server and also other servers

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? windows
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. make a new settings.xml, edit these> and cahnge settings in fivem for R* editor. longest clip i have got is under 19seconds, i have over 120gb on C: Drive and over 400gb left on the H: Drive, have also tried changing to higher settings.
