I have a question: If I am a creator and design and make models myself, will it break the new rules if I upload them to the server?

The question would be whether you hold the copyright to the design; in your example above, is this a real-world product?

These are 3D model mods that I designed and made myself. I did it with the intention of dropping fivem.

Is this your own design and not copied from somewhere?
If you answer these two questions with “Yes”, then you can use it at anytime. You own the rights to the model and the design.
