So i have tried to contact support about this i was wondering if i could get my email change since that email is no longer valid due to a hack that happend

If you mean here on the forums, you should be able to by visiting this page, then clicking the 
next to Email.
The Thing is I cant wont let me since i dont have the email any more i never get no code or nothin

You need to contact support so they can validate your identity and change the email for you.
