Asking For Moderator Opinons

Would it be permissible to use real-life brands on a private server that only I have access to, considering I’m experiencing difficulties with LSPDFR, non-ELS vehicles, and prefer using FivePD due to the ease of modding on the FiveM interface, with the server being exclusive to me and not publicly accessible?

I`m hoping in this point that it would be allowed with no issues as its not public but if not i understand

On a private server should be OK.

If the server is actually private and nobody else can see it ever nobody else could report it ever.
