[QUESTION] Client Side Scripts - Server Side Scripts

Hello,

I have a script that is Client Side: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/drift-smoke
I would like to know if there is any possible way of converting this to a Server Sided resource? If so, how can it be done and if not, is there a drifting smoke script already made for server side?

this script is client side because it is a visual script. so unless you are a genius in coding it is sadly not possible to make this server sided.
