Hello, I have a question about the ToS of cfx.re, you can use personalized cars of a brand within the server, in case their use is not allowed by removing all reference to the brand, Greetings and thank you

Unless Rockstar owns the brand or its a non-brand its not allowed in the server, same will go with peds.
i.e you want to install a Ferrari F40 model into the server, as Rockstar don’t own Ferrari or the model F40 or the likeness of the cars model itself, the car cannot be allowed under the new TOS conditions.
Even if you call it a different name and change or even remove the logos i.e “de-badge” the car, it would still not be allowed as it would be the likeness of the car itself, a Ferrari F40 and trust me Ferrari will want there cut from Rockstar.
As for peds you cant install a Will Smith ped else Will Smith be after Rockstar for royalties for use of his likeness too.
So is this the end for Fivem then? as Fivem was made to be a custom/modded servers for people who like to play modded version of the game. its just frustrating as alot of us liked the whole point being able to drive around in a Bmw m3 or a jacked up dodge ram.
Not even close. Also, FiveM wasn’t made to be a place to allow the breaking of the law. The models should not be made in the first place due to copyright.
