Most announcements by Cfx are made at 15:00 GMT so most likely around that time

basically they can now give a 30 day notice for you if they deem your hosting service no longer approved.
Basically in my eyes now gives them the right to force you to approved hosts only like… shutters zap.

That’s stupid as fuck. Why would it matter where you are hosting the server. I use ovhcloud so hopefully that won’t be a issue lol
While I don’t think this changed from the “old” version, it definitely changed in wording.
This used to explicitly target unauthorized game server providers, where you would just buy a “FiveM server” (ready to go) and not a full VPS/dedicated machine (where you would have to install everything by yourself).
I still think it is meant to just target game server providers that are not authorized as their list (https://fivem.net/server-hosting) only mentions game server providers.
The 2023 PLA had the same wording about the list of authorized providers being subject to change with a 30 day notice https://runtime.fivem.net/platform-license-agreement-12-sept-2023.pdf
Unless otherwise specified, any such changes to the list of Authorized and Unauthorized Service Providers will become effective thirty (30) days after being posted. For more information about Authorized and Unauthorized Services Providers, please see our Website.
The new text is exactly the same and it only refers to the above mentioned services that are related to the Platform. Getting a VPS from any provider is in no way related to the Platform as it’s effectively the same as buying or renting a PC, which they can’t restrict.
