I don’t care about my server being “twitch friendly” or “follow twitch tos” is that okay? Or will someone get involved?
That’s fine, you’re not required to follow any third-party TOS besides the Rockstar PLA for your server. That said, it’d be wise to include a clear disclaimer somewhere easily found that you don’t care for following the Twitch TOS, as there are quite a few servers that are within those.
Like above, you don’t have to follow any external terms. But, having your players follow Twitch’s TOS will allow ‘streamers’ to play on your server without running the risk of being banned for, say, copyright of music.
