What did you do to get this issue? Server has been up and running for 2 weeks now, but can’t get it to be listed.
What server did you get this issue on? My own server (BlueMoonRP)

CitizenFX.log file Does not apply, server.cfg definitely has sv_master1 commented out, ports definitely forwarded

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far. I have tried commenting out all resources, it seems to work when I do that, but not for long, once I start uncommenting resources, it’s never consistent and I receive a query error within the keymaster webpage.
