Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I dont have one installed yet.
Also add what you already tried so far
I’ve reinstalled GTA V 3 times.
Also I’ve reinstalled FiveM 3 times.
And I doubt that there is some issues with other software since this is a fresh install of windows.
The first thing I did when Windows was done installing was install GTA V and FiveM.
