Qbx_spawn (0.1.1) sometimes sends players in the void or a underground MLO

Greetings! I’m currently developing a server, and during the alpha phase, some of my testers noticed that their last location isn’t where they logged out. Instead, they spawn in the character preview location — usually stuck there, since it’s an enclosed MLO like the underground bunker or something similar. Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix? the Reccent incident was one of the players loged out in front of our PD and them found him self in the server room of the noose raid its not even close from the cordinates or such. excuse my bad englisch please my main language is german
