A simple vehicle rental that has spawn points in a config file.
The vehicle’s alpha is half until someone rents it and then he gets the keys and the vehicle disappears.
After a cooldown that you specify in the config for each vehicle the half alpha vehicle spawns again.
Its not really a rental cause you don’t really need to return a vehicle.
