Firstly, Thanks for giving 9.1K+ views to my last post (V1) and I hope you guys will support me again.
Well, In December 2021, the V1 was released for free because I decided to leave this community but after few days I had to remove Google Drive Link because of some reasons. So, After thinking for more than 2 months, I have decided to come back to the community and create awesome scripts at reasonable price.
The script was made for better UI in QBCore and still nobody cares about the better ID Card system in their respective servers (I don’t know the reason), but here is the V2 with lot of features @ reasonable price.

Just remove the driving license, id card, and weapon license from qb-cityhall. And set up the target with a job . Then its done…

Thank you for the quick reply, I meant more the photo taking thing. The players can go ahead and get new documents in Cityhall, but I would like an admin to add the photos. I know my players, nothing good happens

I have that script though, which I was supposed to release but it was released according to the needs of people . So for you I have seperate function plugin. But for that you have to buy the basic script and I’ll give the plugin free.

For the Price i would really like it, if it had a different ID for Officers and Medics and such. That would be nice.

So, i bought this guys script 2 times by accident, requested a refund, its a tebex problem so its ok, asked a few questions it was all good.
Cleaning out a ton of discords and i accidently left theirs, i rejoined when i was testing the script and realized i accidently left. This seemed to offend them after I simply asked a question about onesync infintiy. I bought this script twice and they have now denied giving me support and a customer role for what i think the reasoning is accidently leaving the discord. The script is great but I am so confused right now this is a really odd experience in customer support.
They have the ticket logs if they want to dispute any claims. I am just letting people know I personally am having a strange experience with the seller.
After this interaction I had no reason to stay in the discord since im being denied support so I left,

Hi,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience you have faced. I understand your concerns and feeling sad because of misunderstanding with my team.
Every server, brand or company have their own set of rules and policies. We are making scripts for fivem since 2019 and my team is well trained to handle all types of cases.
In your case, you have left the discord in-between the support and then you came back when you stuck somewhere ( how rude it is?). I cannot make refunds as i know how people are exploiting transfer thing.
If you need support then our expectation is some patience and understanding from you. We are ready with tons of scripts which we will be releasing very soon and we do get tickets and messages from non customers and all of them are happy with the support.
I think you should check your scenario first, we have never denied anyone for support but if you break rules and regulations as per discord and tebex policy then we are not responsible.
I hope you understand and i appreciate your if you could come back and try again.

You have no rules anywhere, I even said I hope my double purchase got you closer to your goal.

I understand your pain and already said sorry for your bad experience. Please do not repeat the double paid thing, we didnt requested or forced you to pay us and you are saying you oddly offended? Me? I already warned GOD and he will not repeat it again simple. We do have projects on which we are currently working and from starting i have noticed how annoying you are behaving but we treat everyone equally. We helped you when you came first - do not lie. When you left and came back you said "hi this is me ", sir my question is same why you are thinking that you paid twice times and we will tolerate your behavior. Sir more than xx people paid 3 times helped us and we are thankful to each and everyone including you but it doesnt mean we are now under you. Whatever god said was wrong and was in proper format for which he already received warning and now if its 2 times payment sir claim your refund and contact tebex. I treat everyone equally, if your experience is bad then doesn’t mean other will experience same as we already get tons of tickets daily and no one have experienced any issue like this.
One more thing , do not call us scammer or something. You have received your product, you have received first time support and we do give support to people who come afterwards even aftering leaving it’s customers choice but we have made rules.
I will suggest you to take your refund from tebex or give us one more chance to prove that whatever happened was an accident and it wont happen again. If you want to continue, it your choice but i can understand your pain and can suggest or do best from my end.

What was my behavior??? That I left a discord? Is that illegal to leave a discord. I have left codesign discord multiple times because I clean out discords and they just …… get this…. Welcome people back instead of shaming them and saying no more customer role and no more support.
I like that you guys still think me leaving a discord was wrong, this whole thing is based off the fact all I did was leave a discord……by accident after clearing out 20/max, and then just being blasted by your support.
My behavior was fine, your staffs was not.
I wrote this post after dealing with god, I said I left and came back and then was denied support . I didn’t say I was scammed.
You aren’t under me, the man called god treated me like dirt , so don’t flip the table here, i didn’t even ask for support the second time I just asked if the script would have infinity support…
