[QBCORE] [PAID] New Pilot Job (nwd-airlinepilot)

image

This is a new pilot job I made a while ago, I announced it originally elsewhere but totally forgot to post a release here. I haven’t had time to make a preview video of it, and probably won’t for a while. If you would be interested in making one please PM me, for your help you’ll receive a copy of the script for free, and will receive credit for making the preview.

Configurable options:

  • Airplanes
  • Gates
  • Checkin Points
  • Job Name or Type
  • Pay per passenger
  • Base flight pay
  • VIP passenger mode
  • Crashed plane fine

Currently, as long as you don’t crash the plane and make it to the final gate you’ll get paid for the flight. Looking into adding a flight comfort metric to affect pay in a future version. By default Press E mode is used, you may use the events listed below to add support yourself for qb-target at the check-in and gate points.

Some airplane models may be blacklisted by default in the qb-smallresources resource, you will need to un-blacklist them to use this script.

Events:
nwd-airlinepilot:client:ParkAtGate for gate locations

nwd-airlinepilot:client:clockInMenu for clock in locations

If using qb-target also set Config.PressE to false.

Cost: $9.99 (USD)

In ability to change fuel script from LegacyFuel

I’ll look into it, but you’ll have to ensure that whatever fuel script you’re using uses the same exports as LegacyFuel. An update will be ready by tomorrow night.

Legend, I believe lj-fuel and ps-fuel both use the same exports

Okay, it will be longer than I thought. I found time to work on it yesterday then realized that something is wrong with the NAS that I stored the source code on. I should be able to recover it, it just won’t happen for a few more days. The NAS drive is fine, it’s Operating system just got corrupted by some weird event.

I apologize for the late reply to this particular message, I’ve just been contemplating whether the rewrite necessary to support ESX was worth it. I will probably ultimately make the necessary changes to allow for ESX. I plan to include this in the same update as the fuel script one. I’ve decided I shall give the update a name, “The Compatibility Update”.

@_NebulaRP and @Vultricjohn I have just published an update that I hope will resolve both the ESX and fuel script issues. I haven’t extensively tested the changes made for ESX support, so if you could do some testing on that please do and let me know how it goes.

Still doesn’t work, maybe make a quick video to explain how it works?
