Hello i am running a QBCORE Server, I added police cars to this server however i am used to Vmenu servers and just now learning about QBCORE. I wanna change my wheels on my police car and wanna be able to cicyle my liverys. Can someone tell me how to change liverys on a police car and change tires on a QBCORE SERVER thankyou.
Set your self as police or a mechanic and go to one of the garages that can customise your car on
I have tried that i was a police officer and went to a garage and pressed E and it did nothing. But if i take a normal car to the garage it works…Just not police cars. I have also tried being a mechanic and still nothing with a police car.
you may need to add the addon cars into qb-garages
Ok well i am not trying to sound retarded but i am new to qbcore stuff. I am used to having a Vmenu server. I am just learning QBCORE so i have no idea even how to do any of that. i don’t even think i have a qb-garage i only have the benny custom shops around the city i believe.
When adding custom vehicles to QBCore, you must add some data for them to the qb-core/shared/vehicles.lua file so QBCore knows what vehicles exist and what data to use for them in the scripts.
If you open the file, you’ll notice vehicles are already there and have the relevant data attached to them.
You can pretty much copy one of the lines (including the comma), paste it and modify the values to suit the vehicles you added.
For example, the model value needs to be set to the model name of the vehicle which is the file name of the vehicle you added. The price value is for when it’s in a vehicle shop.
