I have a very big issue that I’m running into. I want to startup a FiveM server that utilizes QBCore that’s backed by my friend and his community (He’s a streamer). However the biggest issue I’m facing is finding a way to get the proper assets like MLO’s, Vehicles, Scripts, etc. I looked into Server Templates but they look suspicious and there’s no 100% guarantee it’s not a scam. How should I build up the server, I really want to kickstart this community off but I’m stuck at a standstill trying to not roam the internet for assets that most likely cost $50 for a phone script or mining job addon.
I really understand your problem, but there is no other way. I don’t like those paid server templates, I think your framework brings enough to start with. You need to “hire” a developer or learn it yourself. There are also some developers who work on a volunteer basis. The prices for big scripts like a phone, tablet… Are high because that’s a lot of work for us, but your framework QBCore has a free phone, it’s not the best, but I think it’s good for a start. What is attractive for you are mini low budget scripts for about 5$. There are also scripting providers that are cheap for what you get.
Now days every script is escrowed, which means you will need a license to run scripts. Also with that being said if you’d like to stream these assets you will need to purchase Fivem’s patreon subscription ‘silver or up’.
I do not recommend purchasing a server setup as I can say that 80% is leaked files.
