He knows what he’s doing. A lot of script makers don’t keep up to date with posting updates etc. Zyke on the other hand makes sure everything is running smoothly allowing you to get a stress free full experience out of his scripts!! 10/10 recommend!

This is one of the most “realistic” drug dealer system where you can easily find costumers and earn money. I believe this script would be better tough if it had some more stuffs such as being able to communicate with real players instead of an “AI” so that you can experience more social RP to make it a really good RP level in the server.
But overall i believe this is great and needs to be more known on the FiveM market and that more people needs to get to know this all around the FiveM community.

Can this be updated to be ToS Compliant (Remove Nokia phone brand and design)

Yes. It is a simple URL you can modify. There is even a pre-made image in the community additions channels.
That doesn’t make it ToS compliant though as the entire phone design would have to be redone with the button locations remapped, otherwise, it’s just a debranded Nokia 6310 (which would still be IP infringement).

I would see it as a lot of other resources such as any phone with identical details to iPhones, Samsungs etc. Any car that’s debadged or looks similar but could still be traced back to the origin.
If you want to be REALLY safe, we don’t support that at the moment. You could make a suggestion in our forum section for the ability to change all of these aspects and we will review it once we go through the suggestions.

Is it required to have NPCs enabled in your city? (because we do have them off right now) or will the script spawn these?

The script spawns them and networks (syncs) them to every player.
