Worst support. My ticket got closed after a year without any respond and all I asked is f…ing scrollbar for VIP system items as if you have ex. 100+ vehicles to sell it takes minutes for players to go to the bottom of the page
It has not been 1 year since the VIP system was installed in our store, you have made a special request, as far as I understand, we respond to everyone who makes a request. I will help if you give your Discord username. Our support team only helps with problems, we do not make arrangements in line with personal requests.
I don’t recommend his scripts to anyone, battlepass bleeds from several wounds and is not as responsive as he promises. And I have been waiting for support for almost 1 year, my ticket was closed, my discord review was deleted and now it seems to be back, but still 0 support.
Immediately after you opened a ticket, we published an update on the subject. Due to the carelessness of the support staff, your ticket was moved to an unavailable category and therefore remained unanswered. It can be seen from the screenshot below that I made a quick edit when the problem you already mentioned was forwarded to me.
The only problem with this is that the image I sent was not of the steam image, but that at 2560x1080 resolution, the nui doesn’t look good, it doesn’t really bug out, but I would still expect it to be responsive for the money. Not to mention that I, as a customer, don’t really care if you’re wrong or not, I didn’t get any proper support, you can apologize or make excuses here, the support service is zero.

Because it was like… It says ESX multicharacter, but the support do not know much about ESX.
