Qb-core or esx core?

Hello, how are you?

I am actually trying to do a bit of information for the best framework for longevity, I plan on making a server that present pure roleplaying, from gangs to player owned businesses. But, the problem is which framework would be best to use for something like this. I have been doing a lot of research lately it seems Qbcore is the best route to go , due to the coding aspect and how much control you actually have. ESX, is nice but it does not provide the amount of control that qbcore provides coding wise. What do you think would be the best option?

Long-term QBCore is definitely the better choice, ESX isn’t really maintained anymore

Appreciate the reply. And the information.

Would recommend you go with Qbox. Maintains compatibility with ox_lib, which you’ll need for a number of resources, has more active development, and generally any resources it’s put in a “release” state are qb-core resources just refactored, cleaned up, and redesigned.

Has backwards compatibility with most qbcore resources, except ones that use the newer qb-garages/inventory, which I don’t think anyone uses since they’re not well made.
