[QB-Core] Advanced Gang Menu & Management [Preview]

Hey everyone,

I’m excited to introduce a project I’ve been passionately developing a fully-featured Gang Menu system with a bit of an unexpected backstory.

Originally, this system was commissioned privately by a server owner with a strong vision for a deep, immersive gang experience. However, partway through development, communication stopped and the project was ultimately abandoned.

Instead of shelving the idea, I chose to complete and refine it myself. I’ve poured a lot of time into polishing the system, ensuring it’s clean, functional, and fully RP-friendly. Once it’s finalized, I plan to release it on Tebex, primarily to share it with the community and recover some of the time and effort that went into building it from the ground up.

And what’s more, everything is fully configurable.
The system is built to be a standalone gang management solution, requiring no other gang scripts to function. It seamlessly integrates with qb-core/shared/gangs.lua and qb-policejob and is fully compatible with ox_lib and oxmysql for an optimized, modern experience.

✅ CURRENT FEATURES

The Gang Menu is already packed with a solid set of tools designed to support immersive, structured gang RP. Here’s what’s currently available:

:left_speech_bubble: Social Feed

  • Each gang has its own private social page where members can post updates.
  • Posts can be liked and replied to by other gang members to foster communication.
  • Bosses and post authors have permission to delete posts and replies.

:briefcase: Job System

  • A configurable system where gangs can earn money and reputation. Includes two working examples:
    • Drug Distribution – Sell your product to buyers across the city.
    • High-Value Vehicle Theft – Steal and deliver high-end vehicles for a handsome reward.
  • A reputation system is built-in, allowing you to lock jobs or market items until a gang has proven itself.

:handshake: Gang Deals & Contracts

  • Create and send formal contracts to other gangs.
  • Private chat function built into each deal for seamless in-character negotiations.
  • Recipients can accept or decline your offers, opening up more dynamic inter-gang RP.

:factory: Compounds & Crafting Activities

  • Set up custom gang compounds with waypoint integration.
  • Define multi-stage crafting processes (e.g., harvest, process, package) unique to each compound.
  • Includes a system for usable items like rolling and smoking joints with unique screen effects.

  • An internal, real-time messaging system for your gang.
  • Keep conversations private and secure, away from global chat.

:moneybag: Business Account Management

  • Your gang’s shared bank account.
  • Boss-rank members can deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds to other gangs.
  • A detailed transaction log tracks every dollar.

:clipboard: Gang Management

  • Full control over your gang’s roster from a clean UI.
  • Hire, fire, promote, or demote members (works for offline players).
  • Pay members directly from the gang account to their bank account.

:trophy: Gang Leaderboards

  • A live ranking system to fuel competition.
  • Tracks Top Gangs based on reputation and Top Members based on completed jobs.

🚧 ROADMAP – What’s Coming Next

While the current feature set is robust, I’m already planning the next major system to add even more depth, competition, and long-term engagement to gang life:

:pirate_flag: Territory Control System

This will be the next big update. Control the map and defend your turf:

  • Gangs will be able to claim and contest zones across the city.
  • Owned territories will offer in-game advantages, such as passive income or access to new activities.
  • A visible map overlay will show who controls what, introducing a true power struggle and making turf wars meaningful and rewarding.

This system will be designed with immersive RP in mind encouraging rivalry, rewarding activity, and giving gangs a reason to grow, compete, and dominate.
