every time i fly in i spawn in as a ped i look at my fxserver and it gives me an error

Got the same issue. Look into your DB if you ahve the playerskins tab. If yes, try to reimport your sql file into the database. If you got an error with the importation, try to open the .sql file with notepadd++ and just add the syntax ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;
to ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=1 DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;
on your line 10 / 22
