Purchased Script and did not receive it

cfx did not add assets to my account, is there a way to have this fixed and purchases added to my acc?

Which seller/store was it? Check before purchasing if the sellers/stores are trusted on fivem.

Where did you buy the assets? Was it an actual Tebex store? If not, you got scammed.

If it was a Tebex store, contact the owner to try and resolve this issue. He should be able to assist you.

Edit: keymaster had some issues yesterday and if you bought during that time that could explain the issue.

its a gummi script but i have purchased from dev before no issues, it was yesterday, only thing is i dont see anywhere to get support for asset purchases from cfx. only forums. i contacted tebex store owner they said, “its automatically settled after buy on my keymaster.” - which i already knew but still have not received purchase.

Normally the correct way to do this, is to directly contact the seller. Does he have additional contact information in his store?
