I cannot use ps-dispatch with the following error message

ox_lib must be started before this resource.

is the reason for your issue. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of both ox_lib and ps-dispatch, and start ox_lib before the other resource in your server config.

“[ script:ps-dispatch] SCRIPT ERROR: ox_lib must be started before this resource.” already says it. Go into your server.cfg and start “ox_lib” befor “ps-dispatch”.
