**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?**windows firewall
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**yes

Also add what you already tried so far. I have seen other posts saying uninstall proxifier but i dont have it so yep … uninstalled fivem completely and reinstalled … validated cache on steam … removed any vpn program off my pc …
