I notice there are two version of each prop…for example one pre cooked slab of ribs and one cooked slab. Are we ableto put the pre cooked slab on the grill and after awhile they are fully cooked and ready to be plated ? The video doesnt show anything actually grilling

Hello @XHIBIT
They are 3D models. Props can’t do anything unless you program them with a script to do some function.

So if you want to grill, you need to have a grill script. If you don’t have a grill script, you can use roasted props as food. But you need a food script or inventory that allows this feature.

OK I think I follow you. I would have to place the cooked meat on the grill to simulate it cooking. Are we able to place the food on plates or are they premade as well ?

Only what is in the picture  (grill and tables are from GTA)

OK 1 final question…its mandatory for me to have to switch over to ex_inventory ?..I have all my stuff in qb-inventory

No, you never have to change your script for props. You just add props according to your script’s documentation.

if you use qb-inventory and qb_smallresources, you can use my code: food_coords/qb-smallresources/bzzz_grillfood.lua at main · Mrs-BzZz/food_coords · GitHub

OK thank you, you’ve been beyond helpful and transparent. We’ll be gettin this over the course of the weekend, along with this script https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOihXXTKKk8

I don’t know this script but the description says that new props can be added, so it should work. I assume the script will have some kind of config file

Yeah Im gonna try to reach out to her and ask that as well. It was already on my question list
